Is it possible to have a level leaderboard for this game?

I know Super Mario 64 has these sort of runs with certain stars. All speedruns involve the IGT start to finish but you could calculate the time using the IGT or use an actual timer. I'm not a moderator so i don't make the final choices but from what i can see the possibility is there.

I would also like an IL/IW board. It would likely be based off RTA though.

Maybe when the animation of getting the first ice cream stops, which could be one idea...

When you go into the level it starts and ends on the first frame of animation of grabbing the ice cream.
