So I speedrun this game sometimes and have gotten a 13:40 but I think most of the time is lost at portals. How do I get portal loads to go faster?

1. Click the green play button, don't search for a small server in the server list.
2. Press escape, and check Performance Stats on. In the top right, your ping should average <75ms.
3. If this is not the case, repeat step 1.

Now the portal loads are still RNG because of when the scripts react to a touch, the actual ping, your FPS (shift + f5, should constant 59.5+), etc. Hope this helps!

most likely the device you play on is laggy

portals are 100% rng. connection/ping doesn't matter (though a decent one does help), just blessrng and hope

tell the portal nice words and maybe he will consider not ruining your run
