A while back I founded out the Laggy Level Skip... And I don't know at all if it is allowed into any category at all... Due to how obscure and overpowered it can be... It probably isn't gonna be allowed into any category at all, but It would be interesting to see a trick I found to be in a certain category.
i would assume not since in any% is states in the rules that no skips related to bad internet connection are allowed, given I know nothing about the skip, but since it's called laggy level skip I would assume it has something to do with having bad internet connection, therefore probably not being allowed.
it's not. no the problem with your skip is that it means the video would be very laggy and therefore unverifiable, because it could be easily spliced not to mention that it can not be performed consistently, it's just not worth it to allow it anywhere
