It seems like it only works on PCSX2, sadly. (and it has been patched I think)

I believe this trick only works in this place, but I might be wrong. This trick is actually pretty easy to perform with this setup. All you have to do is mash Triangle to get to the menu, do your revelation for Desert Wind, then fire it a first time. Now move to the spot shown in the video, hold R1 and once the "Attack!" indicator shows up, press Triangle at the right moment and fire Desert Wind a second time. Then just press the Start button once to get to the cutscene.
