Autosplitter is available in LiveSplit.
You can simply activate it in the splits editor.
In the settings, you can set up split timing to match your custom splits. You can just use the splits I uploaded if you don't wanna mess with settings. It's available on "Resource" tab. Timer always starts on entering the Area 1 or Area X in any way. Timer always resets when you return to mode selection.

If you want to track your Analyzation%, Shot Down%, and Support Item% (to prove 300% for hard categories), stats display will help you.
Install ASL Var Viewer Livesplit extention. Once you have successfully installed it, add it to the layout and set value container to "Variables".
