I am wondering if there will ever be a way to submit times using pictures. I realize it is unlikely due to NGG and the possibility of cheating but I want to make sure.

Not going to happen, to many ways to manipulate the timer and cheat that we wouldn't be able to catch. The only possibility is maybe allowing screenshots for times higher than X amount, but this would require a lot of discussion, and is still highly unlikely
