Will cosmetic mods (i.e. skins, gun textures) count against speed run submissions? They don't impact gameplay and therefore have no effect on difficulty/advantages, so I don't see a reason why a submission would be rejected.

Just cosmetic like gun textures are fine but I would say don't use any that change the skins of the suspects and/or civilians.

How do we feel about audio?

replacing some of the voicelines (maybe not from suspects and civvies, but from Operators and TOC? I am so sick of hearing that over dramatic TOC actor ahaha)
