How to stabilize the game at 120FPS, 120FPS is not stable in the game, it is easy to drop!
I believe there is a post either here or in guides that kind of helps you with preferred settings. It would also help to mention your pc specs cus obviously older gear will struggle even with everything on low.

If you're not at the desired FPS, the only ways to get there are to either reduce your graphics settings or to upgrade your hardware, not really any way around it.
