So I want to try and do a run of Bio2 Sourcenext but during my test,I saw that the game is locked at 25 FPS /50 FPS in menu.Is it normal? I thought the game usually runs at 29 or 30 fps?

That's the 50Hz Bug I think. Try updating to 1.1 and see if that fixes it.
