[OUTDATED] d1_trainstation_01 Any% Guide

Make sure you turn on speedrun mode by pressing L during the loading screen so that there is an in-game timer.

The beginning of the run using a technique known as "buffering" or "lag clipping", where you freeze the game window to freeze your character in place. When the G-Man says "Wake up and... smell the ashes," start holding the left-mouse button (click) on the top of your screen. Let go just after you hear the train horn. If performed correctly, You should end up outside of the train.

After "escaping" the train, you should see some boxes to your right. Make your way over to them and pick one up. Then, crouch and look down so that the box appears inside of you. Let go of the box, and the hitboxes should be merged. 

This part requires a bit of luck. You and the box will fly upwards and (hopefully) sideways, putting you on the roof of the station. Once you're close to the top, re-pickup the box and throw it away from you so you don't get stuck flying forever. You'll want to navigate your way towards the back, looking for a hallway that juts out as shown here: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/633428492465209374/700167628475465769/view1.png

After you get here, drop down the backside to land on the carpeted area below. Press yourself into the corner shown here, and the timer should stop. You can also trigger the timer's end point from the top of the corner without having to drop down.

[Outdated] Updated full any% guide

This is an updated guide on any% route now featuring d1_trainstation_02.

Starting with d1_trainstation_01. In order to get out of the train as soon as you spawn you need to do what's called a lag clip. Here's how to do it.
Make sure your Roblox is set to windowed screen. After starting the game in speedrun mode, wait until the point in the G-man cutscene where he begins to float backward. As soon as you see him begin to move backward hold the top of your windowed screen with right-click (This will cause the game to lag until right-click is released). Keep holding down right-click until shortly after you hear the train noise and then quickly left click on your screen so you can move your character again. If all that was done correctly you should start the game outside of the train. 

Next, you want to utilize sideways crouch hoping to be moving at top speeds to a nearby crate. Which is positioned to the right of the train on the other side of the tracks.

Once you reach the crate, grab it and from there we will be performing our next trick. The prop launch.
After grabbing the crate, crouch and look straight down in order to position the player model inside of the crate. Afterward, let go of the crate while still looking down and begin holding any direction while still crouched to begin the launch. Holding S will grant you the most control over your direction with the only downside being you can't see where you are heading. Practice getting good angles and using other directions to gain additional height in order to launch yourself to the "shoot" easter egg. Seen here -

The walls surrounding the easter egg do not actually have collision and you can use the entrance to the easter egg (located in the wall down and to the right of "Shoot") to get back in bounds and head to the level end door.
*Warning* Do NOT look at Shoot because if you do the easter egg will trigger locking you in the room and forcing you to reset.


Moving on to d1_trainstation_02 now.
After spawning into level 2 you will have 3 seconds before you can continue moving. Use this time to turn around and face the door you entered through. After the timer ends, backtrack through the door and on your immediate left there will be a barrel. Grab this barrel and take it with you all the way to the Metro-cop that asks you to pick up a can he knocks down. Position your cursor over where the can will land in order to grab it as quickly as possible and drop it into the trash can. Seen here -

Next, grab the barrel again and take it to this wall while keeping it in hand (marked by the cursor) -

Now we are going to do another prop launch. Hold the barrel at face level while crouched and then walk up against the wall with it. Stand still and let go of the barrel. If done correctly you will start moving up.
This time around using W to move gives you the most control. You're going to want to more or less fly over to the end of the level as the ceiling in this area has no collision.
Once you land, begin sideways crouch hoping for maximum speed to reach the level's end.

glitchless guide (updated again)

crouch jump is now back and you dont get stuck in line anymore so now do crouch jumping again

you crouch jump by holding ctrl and space and then holding any of the 4 directional buttons (but a and d are the fastest)

(train opens up around the 30 second mark)

do whatever you feel comfortable with when navigating through the place (but dont stop crouch jumping)

get to the alarm BZZZZZZZZ sound where you wait for the door to open at 54 seconds (but 55 is good enough i guess)

go into the room with barney and wait for like about a minute

when he stops talking to doc get ready to exit the room through the door

when it opens get to the ladder as fast as you can (climbing up the side is cool)

jump onto the box, and then jump into the window with ctrl held so you can crouch through it

immediately run, open the door, and then run to the other door up the stairs to stop the timer

Glitchless Guide (Updates with skips and game updates)

At the beginning of the run press the "L" key or click on the "Enable speedrun mode" option at the bottom of your screen. This will give you an ingame timer for your runs and will skip a large portion of the opening cutscene.
When you are allowed to move do nothing for around 25 seconds. After doing whatever you decided to do, lodge yourself in between the man closest to your starting location and the left train door. (You can do this at the beginning if you want to)
When it opens do a crouch jump by holding "CTRL" or pressing the crouch icon, holding a direction (left and right are faster than forward or back) and quickly do a 90 degree turn to face the train and continue crouch jumping.
When you get to the corner try to take it as tight as possible then after 2-3 crouch jumps, stop crouch jumping to get through the gate faster.
Go down the hall and at about halfway through do a 180 degree turn.
When you emerge from the hall do a 90 degree turn and avoid the phone. (It's hitbox is pretty disjointed) and turn into the queue.
Get all the way to the end of the first section, turn 180 degrees, crouch jump until you're halfway through, turn another 180 degrees, go around the corner and the second corner, and make your way into the next area.
Wait for 5 seconds, go into the hall and to the door and enter Barney's room where you wait for 1 minute and 15 seconds.
 Climb up the ladder (there are tons of methods of doing that) and jump on the box where you do  crouch in the air in order to jump again. If you are going to try to get an IL WR or you just want to shave off the tiniest bits of time, try to land on the window frame and do another crouch jump which sends you slightly farther than falling down normally. (NEW EDIT: We have new info. You can land on the window's frame and jump off while hugging the wall to skip a trigger zone which pauses you and makes you fall onto a box. This shaves off an entire second and is recommended by me for any run over 10th place. The name is now fall skip given by me and @BigBang) Open the door and enter d1_trainstation_02.
Start by taking 1 step forward in order as to not hit a pipe on the ceiling when you crouch jump. Climb up the stairs and open the door and rush to the can section.
The guard will come out and knock over a can that you have to pick up and place in the trash can next to him. It's important to note that as long as you do the things he asks you to do before he stops speaking you will do it as fast as possible.
Now, crouch jump from the guard's head and continue crouch jumping on the left wall until you reach the hallway where you change direction and move up to the middle door (on the left side) and open it. 
Go through the door and immediately turn right and head towards the ladder. Stick to the wall while crouch jumping and when you get to the area where the ladder is, jump on the crate sitting on the cart and jump on to the ladder from there. Now you can choose whether or not to do gate skip. Gate skip has a 1 in 4 chance of working, but can shave off a little time. You usually do gate skip after three jumps from the ladder while crouching. If you want a WR, you have to go for this skip.
Make your way to the final section, and hug the wall the entire way through. There is a tree which you can hit if you aren't careful. After passing the tree, crouch jump on the playground equipment and through the building to end. 
After getting your time, make a clip of it and submit it to the "Full-game Leaderboard" with a link to the Twitch clip, YouTube video, or any other platform you use. Type in the time and make sure to add an extra "0" to your time's milliseconds. For example, a time that reads 3:29.79 would translate to 3 minutes, 29 seconds, and 790 milliseconds. If you want to, add a description to your run. I will hopefully edit this guide when more updates release but for now, buy the donation gamepasses and have fun speedrunning!

How To Boxjump

Box jumping is when you glitch inside of a box to fly across levels. To perform a Box jump you have to a wooden box and pick it up. Then push it against the floor or a wall (A wall preferably) Then you can walk into it until you're camrea is in the middle of the box. Then let go of the box and you'll begin flying across the map at extreme speeds. Side-Note: Box jumping is extremely uncontrollable. Side-Side-Note: Box jumping can be performed with other physics objects like the barrel but cannot have prolonged flight as in the case of Box Jumping as you usually get kicked out of the barrel or other object and usually can only be performed while the object is being pushed against a wall. This is called Prop Hopping.

How to trainclip.

Now TRAIN CLIP, is sometime required for any% run. Train takes about 30 seconds to arrive, so cutting that sweet, sweet, seconds off is really needed. However, its a really complicated process and it takes a while to do it right one time, but due to it being an inconsistent glitch, there are some runs where you wont be able to do it. So, how do you train clip? First put yourself up to the right window on your screen, back to it, and hold down s. Heres the place you should be (https://imgur.com/bBDGz3g) and then you should hold down s and start spam jumping and crouching and if your lucky, you should be clipping through the window. Edit : That is now the old legacy edition which still works, now theres a new method in town. You hold down your minimize button when gman says "Wake " until the horns go on, then you immediately clip out, thanks Mally for finding the method.

Prop flying.

Hey all! Second guide here, now, lets say youre trying to do a train clip but accidentally miss it, so you want to still get outside and at least get a minute run. You can always grab a suitcase and start spamming e as your on top of it while jumping, this will make you start flying, now sadly you cant walk with it like in some cases but its still pretty good.

Так вот, я не особо хорош в спидранах данной игры. Но о глитчах двух платформ я смогу пояснить.
Trainclip или же как я его назову в нашем комьюнити:" Как Ливнуть с Поезда до Остановки Без Билета", а если короче КЛсПдОББ. На пк делается так, вы должны выучить момент когда будет идеально это сделать, посмотрите лучший спидран от seanunater. Ну, а если точнее сказать в момент гудка и белого экрана(ГЛАВНОЕ ЭТО ДЕЛАТЬ В ОКОННОМ РЕЖИМЕ) и в данный момент зажать верхнюю полоску окна(примерно секунду, но лучше сами выучите нужный момент иначе вы либо забагуете игру и останетесь на белом экране, либо застрянете во втором вагоне поезда(я из него вылез только 1 раз в жизни)). Так, надеюсь вы поняли как можно сделать КЛсПдОББ. На мобильном устройстве(как минимум на Андройде) я не нашёл этого бага и только наш милейший юзер Cryob у которого я занял ничего, но вроде некоторые вещи понял. Он смог сделать КЛсПдОББ на IOS, слишком плавно из-за чего я не понял как(Cryob message to you, please say how do you do this glitch(trainclip in IOS))).
Так, второй трюк это Prop Flying у нас я это назову Летучий Кот в Коробке(ЛКвК)
Чтобы сделать ЛКвК на пк, вы садитесь, берите коробку ведь она обьёмна достаточно и рядом после КЛсПдОББ, входите внутрь неё отпускаете её и летите. Обучились, молодцы парни! Главное не пролетите слишком высоко. Так вот на телефонах летать на деревянных коробках нельзя и тот же Cryob как выпрыгнул сразу попрыгал в сторону турнекетов. А точно, глитч ввиде БаниХопа, прыжки зайчика(ПЗ) просто зажмите пробел и контрл и прыгайте боком в сторону куда вам надо. На телефоне тоже самое. Насчёт ЛКвК на телефоне, я нашёл в своём спидране, что можно летать в бочке, но создатели вумные и поставили на телефонах невидимые стены, либо ограничение из-за которого нельзя так великолепно летать, но можно словно есть ноуклип(можете увидеть в моих спидранах).
Пожалуй на этом всё, если нарою ещё информации и Cryob мне напишет, то я напишу либо сюда, либо создам новый гайд.
