I show each of the free hidden HP locations, explain the mechanics and how to get the star in each stage. I give some cliff notes about what to look out for, what can go wrong, and do a sample run at the end. It's a bit rambly but I think it covers everything, the game is very simple and only took me 7-8 hours to learn. It should be very easy for anyone to get near 7:00 just using the extra health and being careful.
