I've tried loading Chambers from in the developers console I type load 09 and it says can't load 09 file missing can anybody help me solve this thanks

load is for loading savegames, you seem to be looking for the map command

just type "map" and depending on if you know the specific names for the chambers, you can just search for it and practice it to your heart's content. load, as mitsunee said, is for things such as the vault save.
