How do I setup vault save?
Download vault save and move/copy to <Portal directory>\portal\SAVE . And then open the console in the game and use the "load" command to load the vault save
although in general vault save is already in Source Unpack (if you are going to play on it)
Allowing Resetting ISG in Out of Bounds
