I did this route as an experiment to test the validity of Friendship evolutions as Trade Alt Mains and managed to come up with this. Its slow (4 hours minimum) but if anything, this is just proof of concept that routes like this are possible.
The friendship evolution is inconsistent to say the least and I am investigating ways to make it more consistent. Barring that, you can give Riolu the 5 candies, play with him for about 2 minutes, and use the rare candies and he should evolve into Lucario before the Team Yell Grunts on the bridge.
