Hi, I really want to start speed running this game so bad but when I download Gamebatte I cannot find a Game Boy Rom Image (.dmg) if anyone can help me or link me to a download I will really appreciate it. Thanks

What do you mean "Gameboy ROM Image?" You just need a ROM for the game as far as I know. I'm pretty sure that it needs to be a ".zip", though.

when i load gamebatte and click file to load a rom it says Could not load GBC bios Gamebatte-speedrun requires a GBC bios to function. please use settings > select GBC bios image to specify the location of such a file

I don't think the bios are too hard to find. Just Google gbc bios and it should pop right up.
