Are runs using Dolphin emulator allowed?

I know other games accept it as long as the settings are all default gamecube settings so I didnt see it being an issue, but I figured id ask

If it doesn't say emulator is banned in either the rules or when submitting, you can usually assume it's fine.

That is correct. Dolphin is allowed. Most other emulators are not though.
