General tips and tricks

- Don't stop jumping while moving. This adds to player speed.
- Moving directionally (ie. pressing W and A together) makes the player a bit faster.
- Ragemode (yellow bar) adds to speed, but only when running normally (not jumping).
- Ragemode does 2x damage with guns, 4x with sword.
- Some slopes can be climbed by jumping, even it looks impossible.
