Please ignore my Livesplit, I tried to set up a countdown to begin timing the moment I gain control on restart, but it was early so I just retimed in post to the exact frame I can see the hallway appear, and the frame I die at the end.

I took advantage of a strafing movement (rather than walking straight forward) that seemed much faster in combination with the sprinting on and off. There is still room to improve with better sprint management and faster lock combo-entering, but I am satisfied to just get under 1 min!
