File->Open
Select your MW05 installation
File->Import->Modscript
Select the downloaded modscript
Confirm the modscript installation
File->Save
RESTORE ORIGINAL FILES:
Open NFS-VltEd.exe AS ADMINISTRATOR
File->Open
Select your MW05 installation
Game->Restore backups
Confirm restore
File->Save
