This is the quickest to win Hotel Manager (2:12 for me)

1. Roll a 9

2. Use a action card to pull a chance card and take the one making you go back three spaces.

3. Roll a 2 or use an action card that let you go on the space you want.

4. Buy the necessary houses and hotel as quickly as possible.
