Hey, I've been looking at running MMX and I noticed that nearly all runs were on the Super Famicom. I'm assuming that its because Super Famicom runs faster but I was just wondering how much faster it is and in what way it is faster. Thanks

Snes and super famicom function exactly the same. Most people run the J version of the game because the text is faster by something like 10 or 12 seconds depending on the category. You can run the J version on an snes by breaking out the two tabs in the cartridge slot that serve as a sort of region lock.
