Go to the resources and download the two files linked. Once done you must run the forge 1.12.2 installer then open Minecraft with the version Forge 1.12.2. Once done go to your .Minecraft folder (located in %appdata%) and put the squake jar file into your mods folder and restart your game. Once the mod is installed you can go to the controls and set a keybind to turn the mod on and off.
