I used frame by frame time check on youtube (by clicking the keys with coma and dot) I got to the conclusion that first input started at 0.15. According to the rules time ends when bedrock is visible. In my opinion it would mean the first frame where some pixels of bedocks are visible. In that case it would be 3.24 which means that the final time is 3.24 - 0.15 = 3.09
