I downloaded Multi MC and Mod Check and I had to add this 1.16.1 Fabric Loader for the mods to work. However, when I launched the version I have a strange Windows glitch. When I moved the application icon on the desktop it was upside down. When I restarted the computer it disappeared and later appeared. After some time it was gone but today I downloaded it and I have the same problem again. And I have the impression that it only happens when I play on fabric or with some mod. I don't know. I really want to speedrun but with a clean version pleasant without stress. Is there any other way? anything that could help me? any help will count for me, Really

Try make a Vanilla instance with MultiMC and see how that goes, also im not sure if your problem is just about the icon disappearing from the desktop you can try pin it to start or task bar, if that doesnt work you probably should check ur pc from viruses or something or possibly reinstall windows if that issue keeps happening to other programs
