since you can no longer use optifine in 1.16, is there any other allowed mod? or can I zoom with fabric, lithium, phosphor, sodium?

Even in versions that allow optifine, you are not allowed to use the zoom function, you can't use any mods in 1.16+ other than sodium, lithium and phosphor

Zooming was never allowed regardless of what mod you use and which version

However when 1.17 comes out you can zoom with the spyglass if you ever make it

no but you can turn down your fov

zoom in speedrun isn't allowed but U can zoom in fabric loader with : fabric API and Mods that have the ability to zoom like okzoomer
