Onverion, technically not but why wouldn't you if you're running any%

idk if you can submit glitchless to glitch, but any% allow glitches that save time in comparition to glitchless

If you wanna get a good time in Any% then use glitches

You can use glitches in Any% You cannot use glitches in Any% Glitchless
