Do in game sounds have to be playing when submitting a run?
Title says the question. My computer is kinda weird so the sounds don't come out but I have subtitles on for Minecraft.
No. You can submit a run without audio. Korbanoes did this for his 1.14 WR, because he was listening to copyright music.
I recommend that you fix the problem, though. It makes your run less sus, to say nothing of the fact that sounds clearly will help your gameplay.
