Added Both Stories, a category where you do a Luigi's Story and Mario's Story run back-to-back.

Added difficulty sub-categories for all categories and levels (except for The Dream).

Deleted the RTA (Legacy) sub-category for Luigi's Story and Outer Wall. Runs that didn't have the in-game timer present were rejected. Runs that did stayed.

Added a link to the game's download page.

Changed default timing method to IGT. Players must now do runs using speedrun options and use the in-game timer (requires beating the game once to unlock and the lastest version of the game). Old RTA runs are now visible in a Legacy sub-category.

Added a category where you must play as Mario instead of Luigi for full-game and all ILs (where applicable).
