It was recently discovered on the LEGO City Undercover discord that we can enter the final level of the game "Fly Me to the Moon" near the beginning of the game due to placement of triggers of every level. Because of this it was decided by the community to rename the original Any% runs as "All Chapters" runs. This change can also encourage any runner to do routing found and refined over the years for these runs. Both All Chapters and Undercover% runs will disallow the use of the discovery, so that the runs will play through the game's story in it's entirety.

there doesn't need to be a new leaderboard, there is already a category added that allows it

Any% allows the skip, the current categories that don't allow the skip is All Chapters and Undercover%.

I added the undercover% time for cutscenes (23:29) + the time for fly me to the moon cutscenes (2m28s) so I believe with the current route the cutscenes add up to 25m57s

The cutscenes in FMTTM are 3:05 I think
