When I'm submitting a run with just an image, how do I do it, because if I put it in the video link part, it won't let me submit it. Am I supposed to put the link as the description or what?

You should be able to put images in the video field

I just uploaded the image to youtube as a 1 second video.

Or you could upload it to imgur.com, imgbb.com, etc.
