Not to my knowledge. PAL does have a 60hz option but I don't know too much about version differences.
a bit late... but no it is not slower to run on pal. pal50 is a bit harder to run on from what i've heard but it also has a slight advantage over ntsc and pal60 which is keeping blue eco after collecting a cell. saves like 2 seconds overall but i mean it's still something. but yeah in general the region doesn't matter, the version is the only important part. Since to do most of the runs a black label copy is required

From now on, only YouTube links will be accepted for video proof in a run submission, and we would encourage you to export any previous runs
