How to downgrade your build to the Quiplash/Fibbage sound glitch build
Uppdaterad 8 months ago av MustySack

A specific build of The Jackbox Party Pack 2 has a bug where Schmitty/Cookie will not say their respective lines for each question/prompt that appears on screen, saving a lot of time. Future builds may fix this bug, so this is a guide on how to downgrade to this specific build. This guide is an edit of Maximum's guide on how to downgrade Geometry Dash to 2.11, so credits to him.

  1. Download and unzip Depot Downloader
  2. Open a Command Prompt window or Terminal and navigate to the directory that Depot Downloader is installed in
  3. Run the following command:

DepotDownloader -app 397460 -depot 397461 -manifest 6283883834513406507 -username [your steam username] -password [your steam password]

  1. Input your Steam Guard code if prompted to do so
  2. Navigate to the Steam directory for The Jackbox Party Pack 2 and move the installed files into a different folder
  3. Copy the bugged build files from DepotDownloader and paste them into the TJPP2 directory
  4. The bugged version should now launch when you play the game. If you would like to switch back to the backup, replace the game files with the backup from step 5
