The first question is if this category is even needed as we could just delete the no vid runs. The second question is if the record is even bettable as you need to submit a video of it to be verified but then it wouldn't be a video record.

First question - So what happened what flutter was inactive and then I asked a full content mod if I could take his place so I got his place. I just discovered that ALL of flutters runs and other runs are unavailable and were previously verified by Flutter

Second question - The most common reason is that the YT account got terminated and I never saw the videos, but it used to be verified by flutter
