I'm just curious, where does it say in the rules a hacker can't break my bed?

This is how the rules were when I posted my run, and still are. If I misunderstood something, please correct me and tell me what I misunderstood.
@LapisBlood were currently redoing rules so that hackers can’t be in runs. Were making some final decisions before actually changing them.
A complete redo of the rules has been completed!
This was mainly for consistency and to have an updated, easy-to-navigate, and easy-to-understand ruleset.
