To 100% this game you need to complete every mission, unlock every skill, and get all collectibles,

I am going to start Any% running this game soon, I feel like 100% would just take too long for me personally, but it is possible and I want to run it 100% one day, so I would definitely like a 100% category even if right now Im not ready for it, I do have interest in it for the future.

I feel like 100% train score and all skills is easy, but all collectibles... oof..

Most collectables are in plain sight or just behind the spawn point

Would the 100% also include the extra hearts? How many extra hearts can you even get?
