Now you must do Igloo which ends you up with $2761.

Now you buy Trapper's House for $1750 so you have $1011.
Now after finishing Trapper's House you should have gained around $1600 putting you at $2600. (If you find Treasure Grab it)
Sell the Trapper's House if you think you need more money.

Begining the Japanese House you will start using the shop for parts.
Buy 1200 Shinglets, 110 corner Shinglets, and 13 Door Panels. Next Grab 4 Small Triangle Shuttersand some Wicker Panel after putting the Corner Shinglets on. Finish the House
You should have made around $200 putting you up around $2900 if you didn't sell any houses.
Selling the Houses will let you buy most of the building Materials in 1 go. (They may fly around a bit so be careful how much you buy)

Next to the European House, it costs $2000 putting you back down to around $1000.
Buy 2400 Bricks, 240 Reinforcements, 100 Shuttering Board, 43 Ceiling Beams, 400 Ceiling Blocks, 9 Concrete Lintel, 3 Chimney Blocks, 60 Roof Beams, 100 Roof Soffit, 120 Roofing Membrane, 65 Roof Batten, 4 Wind Boards, 500 Roof Tile, 40 Roof Ridge Tile, 20 Windows, 90 Styrofoam. 
This should make around $2700 putting you up to around $3700. (I found 4 treasures getting me $3200 extra.
