did this after like an hour of practice lmao. i did notice something in the replay footage, that during the level where you need to collect 12 coins, i skipped from 1 coin to 3. i went and did some testing and found that the coin i collected always counts as 2, as far as i know it only happens with that specific coin. so if you've collected 4 coins and grab that one, it goes up to 6. not sure if the run will be counted legit or not because of this, but i can easily get another 2:5x time again. maybe even a 2:4x
