Here is a list of all the notes (as well as back-ups) I got in the old Any% route. It gives a brief description of each note and how to obtain it, and any extra notes I felt were worth putting down.
There is also a very rough bullet point guide at the bottom, to show you how the run should essentially go.

An important thing to note, is that you want to do the majority of overworld activities when you do the notes which require you staying for a certain amount of time.
As of 3/20/2023, any runs with a memory card that saves faster than an official Nintendo 1019 memory card will no longer be allowed. Runs performed before this date have been grandfathered in.
