I'm TheYellowPolarBear, and I moderate and created the Histacom page for speedrun.com. On this guide, I'll tell you how to complete a successful Any% run of Histacom.

NOTE: If you're looking to make a run for the 'No Copy and Paste' section, it's the exact same as Any% except you're not permitted to use copying and pasting to make the run more efficient. An example of using copy and paste is the Hotmail login. FYI, Copying and pasting the Hotmail login typically saves 3-8 seconds depending on your typing speed.

To get you started, you'll need the latest copy of Histacom. This is 1.8.5 and is the final version of Histacom ever made by 12padams. (There is currently a version of Histacom being made in Unity that is not being made by 12padams. This page does not regard that version of Histacom. Once it has been released, it will be added to this page) To download Histacom, you can head over to the Resources tab on the sidebar.

Now, to begin the run. Time starts the moment you click 'New Game' and the timer ends once you click on Internet Explorer on Windows XP. Refer to other runs to see how the speedrunning process is done. If you're unsure of anything, please contact a moderator.
