So this is how you avoid "troll" traffic in management issues. 100% consistent implying you do not get a police car spawn or an angry driver.
Point 1: If the light is green or JUST turned green at the part where you initially steal the vehicle https://gyazo.com/4b40e8587a91f3db4dd9c2c4e8a3fe3d?token=272dbe99c39e09fa5aaf4a4f18e0d5c1 then the light will be red at the bottom part -> you can turn left with more speed without worrying about anything https://gyazo.com/e9627911951c91c23c984a7adcdbb751?token=573a5160af48bafc8f8f35ff62eb6852 Same thing goes for red light at the start, that means the light will be green at the bottom -> have to take left turn more carefully.

Burning Desire If Denise loses health quickly, get to her fast and jump through the fire (extinguish it later? or do "fireproof Denise strats"?). The cutscene "saves" her.

Watch this Video and notice that Reset drops the call at 00:19 and onmission is set to 0 at 0:22.
If you need an explanation/context: For the Home Coming dupe setup you are supposed to use Bike School, holding a call in the Hydra and ending it roughly 14 seconds before entering the "marker". It makes sense to think that once you stop holding the call, it should end immediately, however, there can be a delay. Therefore, you have to pay attention to the minimap - when onmission is set to 0. Only then the call is cancelled (and comes in exactly 15 seconds later).
Backup for troll damage in RTF, 3-4 seconds faster than grabbing the armor.

It happened to me during my IL run but it only seems to happen if you skip the cutscene instantly. Fast strats doing it without collecting the extinguisher is to skip when you can see the game.

That happens every time - the group of ballas doesn't spawn while looking at them. look away (or down) after finishing the first group and they spawn.
Softlock during BD for Denise getting killed during the cutscene.
