Skip any missions as we want
It is possible to skip some missions using a trick with replay and rampages, (only PC).
It is possible to pass the mission "Mike lips last lunch", "Taking out the laundry", "Salvatore called a meeting", etc...
But is it possible to use this trick for any mission of the game ?

No, depending on offsets of the missions a lot of outcomes end in crashing the game
