When using the assault-rifle/beam-cannon combination, the player starts each stage with three beam cannon shots.

Here are the optimal points to use the beam cannon, according to the current WR strategy.

I'm listing this here, just in case someone is interested in learning the run but doesn't feel like taking notes on the videos :D

Stage 1 ...Blob = 1 ...Spider = 2

Stage 2 ...Bee = 1 ...Purple = melee ...Claw = 2

Stage 3 ...Purple = melee ...Spider = 1 ...Blob = 2

Stage 4 ...White = 1 ...Beam = 2

Stage 5 ...Red = 1 ...Big White = 2

Stage 6 ...Red = 2 ...Final Boss = 1
