Barge skip method found by me from a video, but they did it differently and used another path. Flurby also found the long barge skip initially, but we couldn't do it consistently. I found a way to do it consistently, but Flurby still remains as the founder of the long barge skip.

Crane skip found by a YouTuber and LIVE found a way to not make it softlock.

Dialogue skip found by me and is when Marcus is saying a line. You can either pick up a weapon or take cover on a wall and crouch at the right frame. If done right the line will be skipped and saves seconds. And if you skip all of the early ones in Desperation it's 10 seconds saved before the fuel tank trap.

A new method was found tho by Flurby and that is to jam your gun preferably the pistol to skip Marcus' lines. This is by far the best method as it doesn't require a wall to crouch one. Basically making that method obsolete.
