Can someone please delete my account, I haven't used it yet, and just want to delete it. I saw I personally cannot delete it anywhere, but I can heard moderators can do it.

You should be able to delete it yourself, unless there is some restriction I'm not aware of. Go to settings on your profile page and there should be a "Delete"-tab all the way to the right.
