I know how to add one of the "badges" next to your username, but what's allowed in the badges? For example; would I be allowed to use one of the placement icons found on games, would I be allowed to use the speedrun.com logo, would I be allowed to use gifs? I haven't set an icon for my profile because I don't know what's allowed and what's not.

Obviously don't have hate messages/ symbols or anything nsfw. My badge is a GIF, so I'm pretty sure that's allowed

I think most things are allowed, other than what Merl mentioned, and, I believe, a copy of the site mod badges.

Gifs are fine as far as I'm aware, (don't quote me on this) but I've seen in another thread a recommendation not to include site authority symbols as the name symbols, so mod swords or staff shields shouldn't be used.
