Does game request time depend on how long speedrun is?

It depends on how busy the queue is. It's always been like that
It always varies. My request of https://www.speedrun.com/Flashback took less than 24 hours to get approved. My request of https://www.speedrun.com/Falcon_Age took a week and a half. Just be patient, they'll get around to it.
