how do I get my posted run verified? Do I need to contact someone or do the mods get notified automatically? :>

By waiting

After you submit there's nothing you need to do. The mods will see it and will verify it when they can. It might take up to a few weeks depending on how many other people are submitting runs and how busy the mods are (they're all volunteers who verify runs in their free time, so be patient with them).
