I never heard anything about it, but my guess is that there is some kind of protection that prevents new users from commenting. You may be able to comment on runs after your account is 7 days old. (And you can only comment on runs where the game allows it and the runner allows it, anyway).

You mean comments on a run, right? Perhaps the moderators set the game's settings to only allow comments from runners with at least one verified run in the game.

Along side with this right here. Why can't I message other people on this website. I tried doing a friend of mine which his name is Hypnoshark and I cannot make it go though for some reason. Is there something wrong with the system or something wrong with my account or what is going on?
