I'm not sure if this can be worked around but the community for a game wants to be more concise in how it approaches run submission. We want one board where people can submit a run and people can indicate with a variable what difficulty they ran on, for example, Easy, Normal and Hard. Currently if you did this it gives you a - on the ranking.

4th: Yoranto 3:00:00 Easy
-: Yoranto 3:10:00 Normal
5th: Matt Harley 3:15:00 Normal
-: Matt Harley 3:20:00 Hard
6th: Ruud 3:25:00 Easy

Is there a way to rank every run regardless of difficulty in one board like this?

Only if you see the board as a record of people and not of accomplishments.

I think the consensus was that method A was preferable to most people.  I'm not opposed to an option for B, but the ranking code is already quite convoluted as it is.
