Just ignore it, tbh. Nobody really cares about followers, other than the frankly pathetic 50 requirement for affiliate. I'm not sure even in cases of that if they care whether the accounts are genuine humans (but hopefully 50 followers is not much of a barrier anyway).

Lunardowns was abusing bots and host glitches a week or so ago. I saw a video of someone getting ~1600 follows at once, and then they all spammed a discord link in his chat. I myself was only hosted by him once with 160 viewers that did not ever really show up. Best thing to do is just wait until twitch bans them. I heard there is a tool to remove known bot accounts but have not personally looked into it.
